Italy have achieved the fantastic goal of reaching schools in every region of of the country! In 2020 the Inspiring Girls Italy shifted their operations online and quickly created their virtual classroom series held role models and students, they were able to over 130 of these throughout 2020 reaching more girls than ever before. One of the most exciting events run by the team last year was STEM in the City run in partnership with the Municipality of Milan to promote the STEM industry and foster a greater female presence in these sectors.

Despite the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic Inspiring Girls Italy were able to reach over 3600 girls and registered over 100 new role models as well as being represented on the International Young Ambassadors Network by Maya.
